Congrats. People tend to remember the first, the best, and the most recent of anything. I hope that this first is the best for as long as you need it to be, and that when/if you move on, you remember it with affection.

As for naming the house, we tend to see names such as "Chez Nous", "Mon Repos" in UK. Following this theme of calling it "My House" in a foreign language, I tried to do just that for our first house, but in Efik, which was the language I tried unsuccesfully to learn in East Nigeria on VSO (UK version of Peace Corps). For some reason my wife absolutely forbade me to call our house "Ufok mi".

I don't suppose you'll be asking me to suggest a name for the baby?
