"Moving the needle"
This Phrase has been around since 2012 to my knowledge.
It is now finding it`s way into the English Language.
Is it American or English Origin?
Who invented the phrase/used it first?
Is it still mainly used in Business, or has it broken out into wider usage.
Do you have any good examples?
