Does anyone know (or is there one) what the word for "between seasons" is? I know the word describing that cusp of time between day & nightfall or night and dawn is crepuscular. Just wondered if there was one for season changes.

I only know know the French have a word for it: demi-saison. I don't know if half-season would do for you.
