I have no idea of the meaning of this but my Granfather (born in Leeds England, came to US as a teen) sang it on occasion :
Oh, me father had a rabbit
He thought it was a buck
Went down cellar with his tail caught up.
Oh, sugar in a basin and butter in a cup,
Call me over when your rhubarb's up!
Can anyone tell me whathtehell it means?
