Use of a smilie is done all the time without any
comment which YOU might consider "worthwhile".
Again, who made you Awad police deciding who is and who
is not "breaking the rules". And where are the standards
posted as to what is worthwhile and what is worthless according
to you?
I can find a lot of your comments simply "useless" as
well. And what I said about 'opinions' still stands.
