Newly identified coral reef crustacean named after late reggae performer Bob Marley. A small parasitic blood-feeder that was found in fish that inhabit the coral reefs in the Caribbean has been named after the Jamaican stoner - the little critter has been designated Gnathia marleyi. read this (Elvis has a wasp named after him...I'll have to research this.)

I saw this on a different online science journal. Just have
to be notorious of "of note" to get a crustacean or other
bug named after you. A new butterfly species was noted
here last week, first time ever in our area: probably due
to the drought.

It is a butterfly new to the area: sorry I did not make that
clear. Never before found here: probably something to do with
the drought brought it in.
