Hi,
Is it polite enough to say "I dont hold with what you are saying about ....", if I want to disagree with somebody? Let me know the better phrase to politely disagree.

I think it's better just to say "I disagree." The phrase "I don't hold with..." implies intolerance rather than polite disagreement.
