Today's word is noun - celadon. My coworkers are guessing the definition based on it being stated as a noun and they are not selecting "pale green color" because that would be an adjective - not a noun. Please advise. Thank you.

Yes, what goofy said. As in, "Celadon is my favorite color" where celadon is a noun, and "Her house has a celadon door", where it is an adjective.
It's not a terribly common word; and I certainly had no idea it was an eponym (thanks, Anu).

I haven't got my AWAD yet but I can guess what it says, Jackie (and that is interesting). A colour is also the name...>> noun and also in Celadon case..it's the name of a type of pottery too.
