tsuwm: Sometimes they seem to be interchangeable, sometimes fast means able to get from one point to another in a short time and quick means able to make moves with the hands, feet, or head in a manner which fools or evades the opponent or gets one to the ball, puck, etc. more expeditiously than said opponent. There can be a difference, but they blend.
