I see this word used in lieu of "probably" in posts on sports message boards, which are primarily populated by men in their teens and early twenties.

The only time I've heard it used is in "baby talk" between sweethearts or kidding amongst grownup friends in a joking way usually making fun of sweethearts who are indulging in the practice in front of them.
