A recent Criminal Minds episode was about a phobia therapist who murdered his patients according to whatever their phobia was. There was one survivor (saved in the nick of time, of course).
That set me to wondering: what would someone who has a therapy phobia do to get over it?

Reminds me of the movie "Seven", not phobias, but
