At least where all you frozen people are it is too cold for rain...here it is our staple weather...over our snow my room got really hot (because the heating gets turned up for downstairs but inevitably all the hot air finds its way into my room) so I opened my window a bit and in the morning it was frozen open...stayed that way for about 3 days...I decided to sleep in another room frown ah to think of warm, sunny Goa
