So, what's in the sriracha?

From the Huy Fong website (link): "Sriracha is made from sun ripen chilies which are ground into a smooth paste along with garlic and packaged in a convenient squeeze bottle." IIRC the ingredients on the (US-made) bottle are also in Dutch (for sale in Indonesia).
