Well, kinda sorta! The "polywater" infected another ship, and then the crew that went to the ship to investigate. They didn't drink it; it passed around by touch with an "infected" person. leak?" , which makes sense. I am not a trekkie/er, but I have seen all the episodes of all the series's and I like them all, especially TNG. I did get to meet James Doohan at a SciFi convention (he didn't do Star Trek conventions...), but if I could meet only one actor from any series, I'd chose Patrick Stewart. And no, I haven't seen the new movie, but I want to! :0)
