There are basically two main pronunciations of Latin: Classic and Ecclesiastical.
Classic would call Caesar: "Ky zer"
Ecclesiastical would say; "Say zar"
If you are classic: it is: su ee gay nay ris
if you're Ecclesiastical: su ee jen er is
