When I was very young, I assumed that pepper was the opposite of salt. Then one morning, I put too much salt on my eggs and tried to fix it by adding a lot of pepper... very different and opposite are not the same.

"Execute the plan!" vs. "Execute him!" Often enough a plan that is executed ends up executed as in the second meaning of the words up here.
