Oh Zed!(see link) Sea cucumber; We once got that served not knowing what it was. The next day when we thought we were catching (bare handed) a small octopus it turned out to be a sea cucumber that released in defence a cloud of white yackkie stuff and we were horrified about the food we had eaten in the little restaurant the night before.
