Nope, but I can imagine one of the rogue Scientific ISS modules declaring sovereignty and seceding from the ISS causing the first solar systemic war to end all wars ... Passport control and customs in the airlocks ...
That reminds me of a cool B-grade sci-fi novel I read once about the moon colony seceding from earth and throwing rocks at them to defend themselves, since it's all downhill from the moon to the earth. They built big rail guns and hurled huge boulders to earth - it was an interesting (and almost feasible) concept - using rocks against nuclear weapons!
Mind you the Palestinians have been doing it for years I guess...
