If the purpose is to enable communication, does this fail?

Assuming that's the only purpose of language, you'll have to ask, "Communication with whom?"

Stay tuned for today's episode of "Where Are They Now?" featuring the technobabble writers from Star Trek.

Interesting thought, olly; so I took another look at the piece. The writing that made me put sheesh is purported to be by Jeltes Consulting, whoever they are.
I know that there are a lot of fields that have their own jargon; but it sounded to me like this company created their own--that is, what I did read did not seem geared to the architecture world but could be used for most of the companies they consult for. Maybe. Dunno, couldn't bring myself to read more than a couple of paragraphs.

Symbiotic Ephemeralization, in the context of this submission, refers to a series of autonomous communities-of-practice that though nodal collaboration channels produce a unique ephemeralization hypercycle.

Like the writer of this tract, words fail me.

As Ernest Hemingway said, "The most essential gift for a good writer is a built-in, shock-proof shit detector."

Amen to that!
