I think IPA limits itself to noises made by mouth and throat parts. how do you get your finger in your cheek if it ain't through the mouth, pop? I got a suggestion but your arm's parboly ain't long enuff.

I got there via OneLook - dictionnary/ thesaurus.
There's only 4 results for inuendo.
