A common online misspelling of "the," "teh" has come to mean "very" when placed in front of an adjective -- such as "tehcool" for "very cool." Some pronounce it tuh, others tay. Off topic, but from of the conversation at your link: Interesting parallel. Te cool is often used here, not because it is a misspelling of the, but because the Dutch word 'te' means 'too'.
