The Blue-footed Booby (Sula nebouxii) is a bird in the Sulidae family (order:
pelecaniformes) ,which comprises ten species of long-winged seabirds. It is on average 81 cm long and weighs 1.5 kg (3 lb), with the females slightly larger than the males.
The name “booby” comes from the Spanish term bobo, which means "stupid fellow".
This is because the Blue-footed Booby is clumsy on the land, and like other seabirds can be very tame.

You know there is no such one as a blue neck booby. I doubt you even meant a bird at all, but who cares. I saw the pelicans and cormorants, lots of creatures I never saw before and the giant trees and the tide pools with larger than life sea stars and the beautiful land and kind people and the sun never failed to shine and I will never forget it, so who cares.

Closer than the cormorant, but it's still another member of the order up in this air:
magnificat
