Oh well, here goes. I'm not a native speaker and I have a bit of a Rhenish accent, but maybe Herr Doktor Sieber can correct my errors. Hope this helps.

Deutsch:

Freude, schöner Gotterfunken,
Tochter aus Elysium,
Wir betreten feuertrunken,
Himmlische, dein Heiligtum.
Deine Zauber binden wieder,
Was die Mode streng geteilt,
Alle Menschen werden Brüder,
Wo dein sanfter Flügel weilt.

IPA:

tɔxtə ʔaʊ̯s ʔeːlʏzijʊm
vɪr bətreːtn fɔʏ̯rtrʊŋkn

Dear Zmjezhd - Thank you so much for the IPA transcription of part of the Ode to Joy, which I've just come across seven years later. How about the other bits the choir has to sing, ie "ja, wer auch nur... aus diesem Bund", "Kusse gab sie... steht vor Gott" and "Seid umschlungen... muss er wohnen" Sorry I haven't got access to the diacritics.
