Does anybody know of an anagram generator that simply offers all possible sequences for a group of letters, without semantic or linguistic constraints? So that if you feed in 7 letters, it will sit out all possible combinations according to whatever parameters you set?

There used to be a program called Ars Magna on the Mac back in the '80s that did just that.

Some source code.
