1.	Highlight your follow-up
2.	Click Edit
3.	Click Copy
4.	Access Word (one keystroke min)
5.	Click “Paste”
6.	Click "Tools"
7.	Click “go further down” symbol
8.	Click “Spelling and Grammar”.  Note highlighting of “dah” in “ta-dah”
9.	Click on “ignore”
10.	  Note highlighting of “key-strokes”.  Spend the next ten minutes attempting to decide what’s wrong with it.  Concluding there aren’t any errors, click “Ignore”
11.	 Click on “Edit”
12.	 Click on “Select all”
13.	 Click on “Copy”
14.	  Access WS (min 1 keystroke)
15.	  Scroll to window at bottom
16.	  Click in window
17.	  Rightclick for dropdown
18.	  Click on “Paste”

Actually, the above list is somewht simplified because I asumed a) no errors and b) that you feel no compunction to edit out any excess foofarah that Bill Gates had inserted in the process of copying, correcting, and pasting
