I am trying to figure out if this is a cryptic clue or not and if there is an answer. Is there anyone who can help me with this.

Morgan's Credit Partner knows how to not be excited.......

Looks cryptic to me if it's part of a crossword puzzle.

Dear confused,

If it came as part of an e-mail from someone you don't know, I expect it's just spam. If, as Faldage said, it's part of a puzzle, I'd look for synonyms for calm. Here, "Morgan's credit partner" would be Stanley. Dunno about Oz.

If it's from a crossword, confused, then how many letters?
