OP Last week, lagging behind on the abecedarian issue, I came across a victorian wordgame on a reread of the 'Annotated Alice through the Looking-Glass'.I guess they must already have done this one in Jane Austen's time.(mind the kindhearted but obnoxious widowed Lady who was nagging on about a love beginning with an E in Sense and Sensibility).
Maybe it has been done here and I don't know if it appeals to you.
But as follows;
I love my love with an (x)...........
I hate him because he/she..........
He/she took me to the Sign of the.........
And treated me with..........
His/her name is......
And he/she lives at...
A good silly game for power break-downs and long boring car trips.
Trying the A:
I love my love with and A because he's Aimiable
I hate him because he is Arrogant as well
He took me to the Sign of the Ax and Sword (sinister inn)
And treated me on Applecrumble
His name is Aidan
And he lives at Albertville
Anyone who cares for the B? The X The Q?
