My crossword threw me off with this word. The clue was "forcibly"... the answer, "swith". What? a valid word? I'd like to know if it appears in Oxford... it surely doesn't appear in any of my dictionaries.

yeahbut, the forcibly or strongly sense is obsolete, last attested by OED from 1398!
