Is there a particular name for the sailor who keeps watch in the ship's crow's nest?

I'd hate to think it's just lookout, or watchman.

As an old Navy man (but not a boatswain's mate) I'd say "lookout" is it.

Did you see a capital O in "old"?

I didn't think so.

You been through the rocks and shoals you can talk about the Old Navy.

While we're at it, in old-style ships, how do you call the ship's wooden parapet/wall/railing?

My picture dictionary says bulwark, but I'm open to correction from the more nautically inclined.
