Well I'm typing away and I keep wanting to use use the word therefor[e] but I can't remember how it's spelled, and both spellings look stranger the longer I look at them. So (when all else fails) I look it up -- turns out there are two words!
therefor:
Function: adverb
: for or in return for that <ordered a change and gave his reasons therefor>
therefore:
Function: adverb
1 a : for that reason : CONSEQUENTLY
b : because of that
c : on that ground
2 : to that end
