Teenagers and younger folk round here started using "munted" a year or two ago. It takes a couple of forms - typically as a substitute for "broken", less commonly for "weird".

Anyone got any ideas?

I've heard used in the context of drugs, e.g. 'to be munted'; 'munted on pills' etc.
