Jackie, thank you for this one, definitely a candidate, and very new at that. Many hits are lower case and so if you have the wherewithal to find out without going to too much trouble, can we assume it merely a coinage and not a registered trade mark

Better yet can you cite an online official listing of registered terms, or even better, of once-registered but now in public domain and thus fair game without the cap.
