Or either you can use commas, one:
One eyed, one horned, flying, purple, people eater.
On the other hand, no one with the tiniest bit of sense, when listening to the song had any picture in mind other than a beast that was purple, flew, had one eye and one horn, and ate people. This without the aid of hyphens or commas.
