I've never seen Sisters, which makes my guess even more tenuous, biut I wonder if Teddy is more or less telling someone that Beethoven is shall we say inscrutable. He has no f**k factor whatsoever. Biff Stiff looks like he might be a sports announcer, and F factor yields several definitions, among which you might be able to choose based on your context. Let us know when you find out! I did find some info on this episode at groups.google.com which archives the old Usenet discussions which go back to '85 or so. In the rec.arts.tv group, they are discussing who they think is hot/has the F factor so this is probably f***ability. Teddy says she likes Michael Jordan and Biff Stiff so Anna's sports connection may be right, or for all I know, it could be a name she made up to mean anyone preppy and "ready to go."
