Evidentally, this episode aired in 1991 which was the infancy of the WWW so much of pop culture isn't directly searchable. I did find some info on this episode at groups.google.com which archives the old Usenet discussions which go back to '85 or so. In the rec.arts.tv group, they are discussing who they think is hot/has the F factor so this is probably f***ability. Teddy says she likes Michael Jordan and Biff Stiff so Anna's sports connection may be right, or for all I know, it could be a name she made up to mean anyone preppy and "ready to go."
