Try:

600 grams Emu fillets
3 ea cloves of garlic
750 ml (3 cups) good beef stock
80 ml (1/3 cup) vinegar
150 grams riberries

What the heck is a riberry? Oh, it's a Small leafed lillypilly. Why didn't you say so?

I'd probably subsitute the royal wea for the emu, though.
