I heard a usage on the radio the other day that I think is native to Scousers. Googling brings up only a comparatively small number of hits (9 - YMMV) - it seemed to me typical of the lovely Liverpuddlian sense of tumour. The phrase is leccy beach and it refers to tanning salons!
Anyone else ever heard this?
