You say you don't know the sender? Maybe it was just a spam feeler looking for valid email addresses. It looks like it could be text designed to fly under spam-checker radar. My advice is not to open emails when you don't know who the sender is. Some of them can contain executable code. Even having the email show up in a preview window can be dangerous.
