Hmm... I've been listening to a New Hampshire/Vermont area band called Nightingale that plays what I'd describe as folk music that's a mixture of Celtic, French-Canadian and other traditional influences. (Obviously, they are not to be confused with a heavy metal band of the same name.) I've been hooked ever since I heard them play at a contra dance in Berkeley, CA. Nightingale home page
