Well--I've looked in several slang dictionaries, and I'm giving up. You might want to try on your own, though--I certainly didn't check them all. (I tried Googling the word first; nearly all the hits seemed to be typos for shuttle.)

Had you posted the whole context, it would be pretty obvious what was meant. The sentence before that is "I've never seen a guy get picked up by his testicles before."

If you'd done a tiny bit more research, i.e. checking to see if the quote was even correct, you'd have found that it was wrong.
