Presumably this is an actual organization:
In the tiny town of Janice, people turned the Baptist church into a homeless shelter and food kitchen. Wooden pews were stacked with jars of baby food, diapers, ibuprofen and socks.

And these supplies didn't come from the government. Rather, the church's pastor, the Rev. Dean Cook, had them trucked in from Tennessee by his fellow board members at a nonprofit group, Coonhunters for Christ.
