A recent exchange I had with a Carpal Tunnel prompted me to write a limerick for the word "ancipital" - please see below.
"Ancipital", a new word for me, is one of the few "a" words left without a limerick in the OEDILF.com database [Omnificent English Dictionary In Limerick Form].
Therefore, my "ancipital" limerick posted here, does ancipital ["two-headed"] duty.

Of or being two-headed or two-edged

A slur is a double-edged sword
And many a wee mouse has roared
When cut with that blade -
Ancipital trade
In insults brings zero reward.

start naming names, and stop firing off shot gun blasts that injure everyone.

Where is the "pot shot" in this gentle aphorism, decrying insults on either side?
