For our new members, here is a list of the board adjectives that appear under your names/handles, and the number of posts you have to make to graduate to the next level.

Thanks to Jazz, one of our members, for getting all these straight for us...Stranger(0), Newbie(25), Journeyman(50), Member(100), Enthusiast(200), Addict(400), Old Hand (700) ADDENDUM: we now know that at 1200 posts is Veteran level

What the next level is, we have yet to know....sit, chat, stay for a while, it'll be fun finding out together.

Wot's this, mate? I'm sorry, but we can't just go moving threads around like this! Graduation has been in Miscellany before most of us were members and we can't break such a great tradition.

Plus, it's not really for the new folks anymore.

Geez, the best laid plans of mice and men....

And here I thought the younger generation that was all hyper to change things, now I find out it's me and the younger generation wants tradition. .

I was just thinking that all of these new and confused strangers yarting about the adjectives now have a place to look that isn't too far away (yet).

Bel

Do not be deterred. (Or perhaps in the mood of the current week's themes, be terred!)

I think that Graduation, at least as info about the system, probably best belongs here.

You go girl.

Forgive him. He knows not what he said (I think).

I'll pass on these if you'll just let me have a fifth. Bushmill's would be fine.

Well, since you've been dissed I would guess you are distinguished.

Now THAT is another hateful word: dis. I have actually seen it used in newspaper articles. Makes me want to bushusuru.
