The theory is that you use yesterday's page to make today's fold - but I usually file the calendar pages for future reference and use old Sears and Lee Valley catalogue pages - colourful, cheap, and I can make 8 1/2" squares if I'm having difficulty with a fold. I know, totally off-topic, but I'm such a paper freak!

do you know this site? one of my favorites http://papertoys.com/and dover books had some great book on paper.. including a take a part book that you can make into a paper clock--(it works!) you have to supple the weights for the drive, everything else is paper.. (in some future livetime, i will open a hobby shop called pen and paper, yarn and needles--for paper and needlework lovers every where.. there will be over lap--a bookbinding section with linen cords for tying together the folio's, and lovely linens for binding.. and perforated paper for embroidery.. and paper yarns for knitting.. (and silk for pen and ink drawings, -- one day..

Wow! I've bookmarked it! Just spent twenty mintues having a quick look, thanks for feeding my addiction, oftroy.  I can see another Indulgent Husband look happening when my other half gets home and finds the Great Pyramind and Sphinx on the dining room table.... And Dover is a great publisher for re-issuing old, out of print stuff in affordable format. Yeah, books on toast never did take off - the jam stuck the pages together.

Proposition 1: buttered toast, if dropped, ALWAYS lands buttersidedown Proposition 2: A cat, no matter from what height or in what manner airborne, will ALWAYS land on its feet Conclusion: buttered toast when strapped on the back of a cat will end up hovering just above the beige carpet, revolving in a perpetual and self-cancelling spin! I think it had been refined to take additional factors into account but.

Or any other cat, for that matter. It should be noted that the claimed perpetual hovering is only theoretical as no-one has ever been able to strap the toast on the back of any cat sufficiently agile to land on its feet.

Is that what it was? I'd have to have my head examined to think that word freaks would be good prospects for my financial software which is priced way above the consumer level!
The signature block is gone. And why is the field there at all since each message is labeled by the originator?

Dear Falodage, One of my favorite sayings is "I'm always trying to make sense of my environment" and sometimes I self-deprecatingly add, ""generally without success!" I see from your profile you may have some sympathy with this predicament. Not by the way, but directly inline, could you please translate your Latin motto, "Non eandem arborem videt." I got as far as "Not same tree sees" which could I suppose mean you are dancing a jig to the skirl of a different bagpiper?!

I am perusing the FAQs, but is there another place such as a thread where such practical maneuvers are discussed at more length?
