for prima I would pronounce that preema, and the same(especially if I was singing it) for primarius, "pree-mahr-ee-oos", though something tells me I might say it, prie(like pie, long i)-mare-ee-uhs.
one of them latin scholars will give us the definitive answer... I'm just a singer...
