Like TEd, I have obviously been corrupted by association with psych. nurses (my sister and her husband). So much so, that I have used the word spontaneously, as when I told my wife that I would ask our GP about getting a neurological consult. I used it again when speaking with my GP, and so was not upset when he said that he thought a consult would be a waste of time. It's a slippery slope that will no doubt soon see me pro-actively prioritising my day's activities, to architect a more effective time-management paradigm.
