fox = vulpes = alopex

From vulpes, vulpine = crafty

How about some coinages from "alopex" to mean something
fetchingly female?

Apropos of nothing much, a close friend in San Marino told me that his surname, volpinari, is extremely common there. The fact that the diminutive of his given name means "it steals" in Italian made me smile, too.
