Well, this is an interesting and useful rhetoric term, although I wonder how the 'authority' part became associated with the broad term of speech (i.e., rhesis)? Certainly anyone who speaks is not necessarily an authority! Ha!
Must look up the adjective form, which I do hope exists: antirrhetic?
