the word stems from mosk in the Yiddish word moskeneer (To pawn (an article) for more than its real value.) and ultimately from the Hebrew misken, to pawn.

I'm tempted to vote for my own entry here since I didn't gain a single vote this round, and I do like very much that husky keeping that group of lazy huskies going on at a steady clip, but 'o' just sounds right to me. The pipe part sounds right, too, but it also sounds so clever and esoteric that it also sounds like a perfect entry for Hogwash. Come to think of it, it sounds so clever and esoteric, it sounds like a word tsuwm would put into his worthless lexicon. Oh, well, I'll stick with o.
