(This is completely unrelated, but eta's post reminded me of something I've been meaning to put for a while now, and I'm in a hurry this morning.)
A couple of weeks ago, to my delight, the Travel Channel on cable television broadcast a tour of New Zealand, wherein Prime Minister Helen Clark personally conducted the show's host to various places. At one point I was puzzled to hear her tell him, "You'll need a nice ex". Then I realized they were standing on a glacier.
